How the Delivery Process Works
- Once you place an order, our system starts processing almost immediately.
- If any product is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you within 1–2 working days via call or message.
- Your item passes through a quality check before being handed to our courier partner.
- Items are packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
- If your address falls outside our delivery partner's service area, our team will contact you to find an alternative solution.
Estimated Delivery Time
We aim to ship products within 7 to 10 working days. Since all products are made-to-order, there may be some delays. During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political crises, shipments may be further delayed due to courier dependencies.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Label Ayana with the tracking ID. Click "Track Order" and enter your order number or full AWB to check delivery status.
Domestic Shipping (India)
International Shipping
Leverice provides international shipments. Shipping charges depend upon the weight of the parcel. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. As the recipient, you are liable for all applicable import duties, customs, and local sales taxes necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Exchanges and returns are not applicable on international orders.
