Domestic Customers β€” Exchange Policy

Size Exchange / Product Exchange

If you have a size issue with the product or want a different product in its place, email us at support.leverice@gmail.com within 5 days from the date of delivery.

If a reverse pickup facility is available at your pin code, we will arrange a pickup from the same delivery address and resend the product. A shipping label is required for product exchange.

Eligibility for Replacement

Your item must be in the same condition as received β€” unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The shipping label is required as proof of purchase.

Please Note

  • Paid reverse pick-up may be available on certain pin codes. Return shipping costs for size exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
  • When sending the item back, please include your name and mobile number on the package.
  • Exchanges are allowed on size issues only.
  • Exchanges will not be issued for product exchanges.
  • All purchases made on offers and discounts are non-exchangeable.

Returns

We do not accept returns on items sold once.

Damaged / Wrong Delivery

If it's a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. All products go through 3 layers of quality check and the process is recorded. If there is still an issue, we will resolve it for you.

When Exchange Is Not Accepted

  • Exchange not accepted due to colour difference. Up to 10% colour variation may occur due to screen resolution and lighting.
  • Exchanges not accepted if the customer dislikes the material or colour β€” all product details are mentioned in the product description. Please read all details before ordering.
  • Exchanges not accepted for specially customised pieces.

Cancellations β€” Domestic Customers

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once successfully placed on Leverice.in.
  • If the courier is returned or non-deliverable due to courier company or customer issues (wrong address, wrong phone number, out-of-service area), we are not responsible for refunding the amount.
  • Rejecting the parcel at the doorstep may impact the seller's reputation and result in additional reverse shipping charges for which the customer will be responsible.

International Customers

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us at support.leverice@gmail.com along with a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. All custom duties levied on products are borne by the customer.

Cancellations β€” International Customers

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. You can exchange the size or style by emailing us at support.leverice@gmail.com.
